Run multiple 1:1 interviews at the same time

When you’re collaborating with multiple researchers on a project, you may want to schedule multiple interviews at the same time with different locations and moderators. 

You can do so easily in User Interviews—simply add multiple slots in the calendar for the same time when setting your availability (see gif below).

How to run multiple 1:1 interviews at the same time

‍1. Log into your account and open the recruiting project.
2. Navigate to Research Design > Research Activity.
3. Scroll down to the “Scheduling, session attendance, and location” section and click “edit.”
4. Select the time slots you want to schedule interviews for, clicking near the right of the slot to add multiple sessions. 

FAQ

Why can't I just edit the number of participants that can sign up for each slot?

Each slot has a unique moderator and location. If you want multiple participants to receive the same location information, you can set up your slots that way. However, if you want to be able to assign the participants to a different moderator or give each participant a unique session link or location, they will need to be in different time slots.
