Erica (she/they) is a Product Equity Research and Design leader. Her work is grounded in human-centered design and aims to create equitable and dignified experiences for everyone. She uses Research and Design to address issues like safety, oppression, exclusion, discrimination, and bias. Whether the solution is a product, service, or process, it will be driven by ethics, empathy, human behavior, and prioritize the  perspectives and lived experiences of historically and systemically oppressed communities.

Erica has a BFA in Design and Visual Communications from The University of Kansas. When she’s not working, you’ll probably find her outdoors enjoying her beautiful Rocky Mountain “backyard.”
