We've redesigned the research creation experience from the ground up to make it fast, flexible, and intuitive for the whole team. We beta tested the new project experience over the last few months and involved hundreds of customers in providing feedback.
Our beta customers have described the new workspace as “clean and sleek,” “intuitive,” “self-explanatory,” and have noted its impact on speed and teamwork—“it’s streamlined,” "it was so easy,” and “collaborative drafts worked great.”
Back when we started User Interviews, we wanted to make it easy to find and recruit the right participants for research. We focused our early efforts on supporting UX researchers to recruit from our own fast-growing panel of participants.
Fast forward to today, and we’ve seen a lot of change both in our product and within the research industry at large. On the User Interviews side, we’ve grown our panel to over 4 million participants, significantly reduced recruitment time (first qualified match under an hour), and evolved our product—for example, with the launch of Research Hub, to help teams manage research with their own user base.
Throughout this journey, we’ve consistently heard that research teams need a process that is fast, flexible, collaborative, and predictable. To support these needs today, and to enable some exciting future innovations, we decided to invest in a major overhaul of the workspace—and we’re so excited to be unveiling it to you all today!
