Our recruitment criteria drawer has a new look—updated with a new navigation, and new “Most popular” category for a better experience selecting criteria for your recruit.
Criteria is now organized by clickable categories across the top left of the recruitment drawer: Most popular, Demographic, Professional, Products and services, and Technical. Our new “Most popular” category gathers our most used criteria across all of the types, a great starting point if you’re unsure which specific criteria to choose. By default, we’ll recruit from the general population, and you can add criteria from these options to narrow down your recruit.
With our recent removal of the pre-builder, you’ll also notice that you no longer choose between a Consumer and Professional audience up-front. In the new flow, you make these selections later from within the recruitment criteria drawer, where you can see the exact criteria you’d like for your project and choose accordingly. We offer our standard set of criteria, as well as advanced professional criteria (add-on if desired) such as company size, industry, skills, and job titles.
