Highly-requested improvements to our screener survey experience

We’re kicking off 2024 with some highly-requested improvements to our screener survey experience! The team has been hard at work building functionality to support a better experience for all—whether you’re building a simple survey, or complex one for more advanced screening.

An overview of what’s new:

• Grid questions: One of our top customer requests—program screeners even faster, and make it easier for participants to differentiate between similar questions.
• Video screeners (coming soon!): Access participant videos in app to quickly assess participants that are engaged, verified, and relevant to your study.
• Bulk enter answer choices: Save time by pasting answer choices in bulk directly into the builder using command or control + v.
• Drag & drop answer choices: Drag and drop to easily move and reorder answer choices for fast screener building and editing.
