Noel (she/her) thrives on making sense of chaos, putting systems in place to solve problems, and constructing an environment where her teammates and she can do the best work of their careers excites her.

Noel grew the ResearchOps practice at Salesforce for 9 years from 2011 to 2020, where she started to organize the world around to help her team work better together.

Over time, Research Operations has become an established practice and Noel takes great pride in her accomplishments in this space. She currently leads Research Operations at Xero.
