Kasey (she/her) has officially been a UX research ops professional for the past three years, but has been standardizing and operationalizing workflows at scale since 2013.
At McGraw Hill, she scaled research operations and helped establish a Task Force to solve operational challenges and save thousands of work hours for a large group (50+) of designers/product managers.
Kasey is currently UX Research Operations Manager at Genesys, where she established the research operations practice and launched a B2B2C participant panel with over 60+ customers and partners. She creates strong cross-functional relationships across the organization to proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and optimization of existing processes.
When not at work, Kasey has roughly a million hobbies that she will often start, obsess over, then promptly forget. She is currently a huge fan of blackwork stitching, Mario and Zelda video games, and paint-by-numbers. She collects James R. Eads prints, loves Stracciatella gelato, and adores her small child with the energy of a thousand suns.
