Jessica (she/her) leads Mixed Methods Research for the PC Express online grocery platform and eComm Marketplace at Loblaw Digital, the digital arm of the 100-year-old enterprise, Loblaw Companies Ltd. 

She has over a decade of experience working across the UX specialities of Design and Research, helping large-scale organizations research and build meaningful human-centered products and services. At Loblaw Digital, Jessica helped to establish the initial practices for the qualitative discipline, including operational processes and tooling used by the practice. She now leads an embedded Mixed Methods Research team, managing the team’s roadmap and large-scale experience measurement program. She guides and champions her team in mixing methods across the product development process and works closely with Sr. Leadership to apply research into the highest levels of business and experience strategy.


She actively mentors user researchers joining the field and has developed and taught courses across the research specialties at various post-secondary Canadian institutions.
