Brad (they/he) is a UX Leader, User Researcher, mentor, and dancer who has been building and leading UX & Research teams and practices since 2011.
With degrees in Psychology and Computer Science, Brad brings a unique perspective to the field of Research, which focuses on rigor, efficiency, consistency, and quality. As a founding member of the ResearchOps Community (and a board member from 2019-2022), they have been an essential voice in the evolution of Research Operations. Brad has brought ResearchOps best practices to several companies, including building an ops-first research practice at Auth0, where they currently lead the Research team.
On top of their career in tech, Brad also has a variety of hobbies and interests. Brad dances professionally with Sokolow Theater Dance Ensemble in NYC, is a co-organizer of the NYC User Research meetup, mentors through NYC UXPA and Hexagon NYC (among others), plays Ultimate Frisbee and Curling, homebrews with Brooklyn Brewminaries, cycles, hikes, camps, and even has time for retro video games now and then.
