A more flexible participant invitation experience for your Hub projects

We’ve made some updates to the participant invitation workflow in Hub ✨ It’s now easier to organize and manage all the participants you’ve invited to your study. Here's what’s new:

New “Not yet invited” tab

When you add participants to your project (via Hub or csv), they will now appear in a new “Not yet invited” tab in the “Participant management” section of your workspace. This tab allows you to view your entire potential participant list in one place, so it’s easier to organize and make decisions on who to invite, before sending out actual invitations.

Launch now, invite later

You now have two options for inviting participants to your study:

• Launch your project and invite participants at the same time—this is a good option if your project and participant list are ready to go, and you’d like to optimize for speed‍
• Or launch your project first, and invite participants at a later time—this is a good option if you’d like to finalize project details first, and work on coordinating invitations separately at a later time, or with your team

Invite a subset of participants

It’s now easy to invite just a subset of participants. Specify the number of participants to invite, and if you’d like the selection to start at the top of the list or in random order.

Add more participants as needed

You can now add participants from multiple sources, as many times as you need throughout your project!
