We’ve made some updates to the participant invitation workflow in Hub ✨ It’s now easier to organize and manage all the participants you’ve invited to your study. Here's what’s new:
New “Not yet invited” tab
When you add participants to your project (via Hub or csv), they will now appear in a new “Not yet invited” tab in the “Participant management” section of your workspace. This tab allows you to view your entire potential participant list in one place, so it’s easier to organize and make decisions on who to invite, before sending out actual invitations.
Launch now, invite later
You now have two options for inviting participants to your study:
Invite a subset of participants
It’s now easy to invite just a subset of participants. Specify the number of participants to invite, and if you’d like the selection to start at the top of the list or in random order.
Add more participants as needed
You can now add participants from multiple sources, as many times as you need throughout your project!
