2022 Year in Review: Milestones

User Interviews' 2022 Year in Review

Introducing our Sprig integration! Plus, our favorite updates, integrations, and milestones of 2022

It has been a big year for us at User Interviews—and for all of you. Just this month, we launched an integration with Sprig and announced our $27.5M Series B! Let’s take a moment to reflect on some key milestones as we wrap up the year.

We grew our Recruit panel by 865,522 participants

As our panel grew to 2.4 million+ participants, we ramped up efforts around targeting and verification to maintain a 99%+ satisfaction rating on completed sessions. We introduced targeting by skills and seniority to help researchers find closer professional matches. We also released Facebook & LinkedIn verification, the ability to report suspicious participants directly to our team, and refinements to our fraud model.

We relaunched Research Hub with a suite of new enterprise features

We doubled down on Hub’s vision to make research at scale possible for enterprise research teams. We released multiple teams and multiple panels, new admin controls, and the Hub Participant API, which allows teams to build custom integrations on top of our platform.

We made research faster and easier for everyone

This year, we launched seven integrations to streamline the workflow between UI and popular research and testing tools. Our unmoderated research workflow was revamped to be smart, flexible, and adaptable to any study, increasing completion rate by over 50%. Simpler for participants, and more hands-off for researchers—it’s a win-win!

And finally, some exciting features to close out the year

It has been a busy month! We released our newest integration with Sprig, which allows researchers to recruit high-quality participants fast for concept tests, usability tests, and surveys.

On the Hub side, we’re introducing enhancements to improve coordination across large teams.

Long gone are the days of over-recruiting. With invite limits, you can now cap the number of project invitations your team can send. For Hub custom views, we added a new feature that consolidates all of your columns. Now you can move, rearrange, and toggle visibility for columns more easily.

And last but not least, a new, more limited teammate role for those who occasionally need to collaborate on research.

Read more about all the new features in our release notes. See you in the new year!
