We are conducting a usability testing study to gather feedback on a website prototype on April 10th & 11th. The goal of this study is to better understand how users interact with the site, identify potential pain points, and explore ways to improve the overall user experience against tasks/scenarios.
What to expect:
- You’ll be asked to complete a few tasks on a prototype website we will share during the session. No prior preparation is needed, just a basic familiarity with using websites in general and screen-share capabilities enabled.
- The study will be conducted remotely using a desktop or laptop, with your video & mic turned on and your screen sharing enabled via Microsoft Teams with a stable internet connection.
We are seeking participants who are comfortable using digital devices and have experience with online shopping. Your input will help us understand how users navigate and interact with the site, and identify opportunities for improvement.
If you're interested, please fill out the screener to help us determine if you’re a good fit for this study. We look forward to hearing your feedback!
