We’re excited to introduce Optimal as the newest addition to our integration marketplace! You can now easily recruit from our panel of 5+ million participants for prototype tests, surveys, first-click tests, tree tests, and card sorts in Optimal—while automating participant tracking in just a few clicks.

How it works:

• Find & screen participants using User Interviews
• Set up your research task in Optimal
• Connect both platforms in a few simple steps
• We handle the rest! Completions are tracked automatically

To get started, select Optimal as the task platform on your next unmoderated project. A step-by-step guide will walk you through how to connect projects across the two platforms.

You’ll need to set up a redirect URL in Optimal, which will redirect participants back to User Interviews after they complete the task.

Once you launch your project, you’ll be able to start seeing participant progress in User Interviews as they start and finish the test.
